The Polish Championship is an official qualification for the EDF European Championship. 10 nominations to the Polish national team:

• – Doubles Champions of Poland – men's category (2 nominations)
• – Team Champions of Poland (4 nominations)
• – Individual Champion and Runner-up of Poland – men (2 nominations)
• – Individual Champion and Runner-up of Poland – women (2 nominations)

Prize: Trip to Terme Olimia (Slovenia) with the Polish national team
