Path to the national team
The Polish Championship is an official qualification for the EDF European Championship. 6 nominations to the Polish national team:
- – Individual Champion and Runner-up of Poland – men (2 nominations)
- – Individual Champion and Runner-up of Poland – women (2 nominations)
- – Doubles Champions of Poland (2 nominations)
Prize: Trip to Terme Olimia (Slovenia) with the Polish national team
