1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on the user's device when visiting websites. They are used to remember preferences, maintain sessions and collect statistical data.
2. What cookies do we use?
On the dartspolska.pl website we use cookies divided into the following categories:
- Essential — ensure the proper functioning of the site (sessions, preferences, saving consent). They do not require the user's consent.
- Analytics — help us understand how users use the site (Google Analytics 4). They require the user's consent.
We do not use marketing or remarketing cookies.

4. Legal bases
- Essential cookies: Art. 399 para. 3 of the Polish Act of 12 July 2024 — Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej, PKE) — they do not require consent because they are necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.
- Analytics cookies (GA4): Art. 399 para. 1 PKE in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — they require the user's prior, voluntary and informed consent given before they are loaded.
5. How to manage consent?
On your first visit to the Service, a cookie banner is displayed with the options:
- Accept — you consent to all cookies (including analytics)
- Reject — only essential cookies remain active
To change your decision, clear the site data in your browser — the banner will be displayed again on your next visit.
6. How to manage cookies in your browser?
You can manage cookies yourself in your browser settings. Instructions for popular browsers:
Restricting cookies may affect the functionality of the Service (e.g. cart contents not being remembered).
7. Other technologies
In addition to cookies, we use:
- localStorage — to store the user's preferences, cart contents and cookie decision on the browser side. This data is not sent to the server.
8. Changes to the cookie policy
We reserve the right to update the Cookie Policy in the event of changes to the tools used or to the law. The current version is available at dartspolska.pl/cookies.
