54 partner organizations
For darts associations
How to join the project
Your organization can become a Representatives Tournament partner today. Below is the key information about what you gain and how it works.
What you gain
- An online profile with a description, gallery, and list of representatives
- A presentation on the main stage of the Polish Darts Championship
- Promotion during the live broadcast with commentary from a professional crew
- The “Darts Ambassadors” group — a private community of organizers
- Promotion on the Darts Polska Facebook page (over 5,000 followers)
How it works
- 1You submit your organization through the form
- 2You hold a local qualifier tournament (or nominate a player without qualification)
- 3Your representative travels to Cukrownia Żnin to compete for the prize pool
What we expect
- Experience in organizing darts tournaments
- Professionalism and a high standard of conduct
- A willingness for mutual promotion and cooperation within the community
- The ability to hold qualifiers to standard (4+ steel-tip boards, catering, controlled noise)
The prize pool depends on the number of entrants
The entry fee is 150 PLN per representative — of which 100 PLN goes to the prize pool and 50 PLN covers organizational costs (streaming, portal, promotion). In 2025 the pool reached 13,000 PLN, and the top 16 or 32 players (depending on turnout) compete for cash prizes.
For many organizations, local qualifiers are a chance to select a representative while energizing the regional darts community. You decide whether the qualifier prize is just the entry fee or also perks (accommodation, travel, per diem).
In 2026 — the more organizations get involved, the higher the pool. Join the project.
