What the Representatives Tournament is
Three things you need to know
An invitational format, regional prestige, a format modeled on the PDC.
Invitational format
Participation only by nomination from a partner organization. Prize pool = number of players × 100 PLN — in 2025 it reached 13,000 PLN.
Regional prestige
Each organization sends its best players — they fight not only for individual success but for the honor of the entire darts community in their region.
PDC format
Single Knockout, 501 D.O., bo9 (semifinal bo11, final bo13). Steel dart, 16 boards with n01/Nakka scoring. Every match is a test of character.
How it works
From idea to performing on the main stage
Everything digital — no paperwork, no meetings, no bureaucracy. You'll tick off most steps in a few minutes; completing your representatives' profiles takes the most time (and it's worth it — that's where you can go all out with bios and photos).
- STEP 1
You fill out the application form
You provide your organization's name, the contact person's details (name, email, phone) and a short description of your activity. You submit the form with a single click. Go to the form.
- STEP 2
You receive an email confirming your application was received
We send an automatic confirmation to the address you provided — so you can be sure your application reached us. Check your "Spam" folder too.
- STEP 3Usually 1–2 business days
The admin reviews your application
We verify the organization — checking whether it meets the project's requirements. If something is missing, we may contact you for additional information.
- STEP 4Token valid for 7 days
You receive an "Application accepted!" email
Once approved, we send an email with an activation link to the panel for managing your organization's profile. The link is valid for 7 days — click it to set your password.
- STEP 5
You set your manager panel password
You create a strong password (min. 10 characters, an uppercase letter, a digit, a special character). Once set, you're automatically logged into the panel.
- STEP 6
You accept the GDPR policy
On your first login a window appears with information about the processing of personal data — the manager's, the representatives' and the photos. You accept to continue.
- STEP 7
You complete your organization's profile
You upload a logo, add a description, a photo gallery (up to 5), sponsors with their logos, and links to your website and Facebook. Everything saves automatically every 2 seconds.
- STEP 8Max. 5 representatives
You add your representatives
You can register from 1 to 5 players. For each you complete a PDC-style profile: photo, career, favorite player, motto, sporting dream, walk-on music, sponsors. Each player's GDPR consent is required.
- STEP 9Deadline: by June 30, 2026
You see the entry fee calculation and pay by bank transfer
Your dashboard shows the calculation: number of registered representatives × 150 PLN. Along with the bank account number, transfer title and payment deadline. Everything can be copied with a single click.
- STEP 10
The admin confirms the payment
Once the transfer is credited, we mark the payment as confirmed. In your dashboard the entry fee card turns green with "Entry fee paid — thank you!".
- STEP 11July 17, 2026, 5:00 PM
The fight for the title at Cukrownia Żnin
Your representatives walk out onto the main stage of the Polish Darts Championship. Walk-on, live broadcast, a professional crew, a real prize pool. Your organization's promotion reaches thousands of viewers.
The edition closes on July 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM
a week before the tournamentA week before the tournament all profiles are locked for editing — whatever is in the system on July 10 at 12:00 PM goes on stage. After that date only the Administrator can make changes (minor emergency corrections at an organization's request). Plan to complete your profiles well in advance.

What a partner organization gains
Benefits for your club
Not just the chance to field representatives — a full promotional package and organizational support.
Online profile
Your own page on dartspolska.pl with a description, gallery, list of representatives and sponsors. Full control over the content through the manager panel.
Championship main stage
Your organization presented on the main stage of the Polish Darts Championship — in front of the audience, cameras and broadcast commentators.
Promotion during the broadcast
Your club visible in the live broadcast (Emisje.online + Łączy Nas Dart). Reaching thousands of darts fans across Poland.
"Darts Ambassadors"
Access to a closed group of organizers — sharing experience, contacts and support in running local tournaments.
Joint promotion on social media
Cooperation on social media promotion — mentions, tags, mutual reach support before, during and after the tournament.
Prize pool
Your players compete for real money. Prize pool = number of players × 100 PLN. The top 16 or 32 players receive cash prizes.
Entry fee and prize pool
How it works financially
The entry fee is 150 PLN per registered representative — paid by the organization, not the individual player. Of each amount, 100 PLN goes to the prize pool and 50 PLN to operating costs (streaming, stage, portal, promotion).
The prize pool is therefore the number of players × 100 PLN. In 2025 the pool reached 13,000 PLN, split among the top 16 or 32 players (depending on turnout).
For many organizations, local qualifying tournaments are a chance to select a representative and, at the same time, energize the regional darts community. You decide whether the qualifier prize is just the entry fee or also benefits (accommodation, travel, meals).
The more organizations get involved, the bigger the pool. Join the project in 2026.

About the tournament
July 17, 2026 (Friday), 5:00 PM at Cukrownia Żnin. The tournament is part of the Polish Darts Championship 2026 (July 16–19) — you can easily plan to come for the whole weekend and watch the other Championship events too. Check how to get there.
Steel dart (sisal board), Single Knockout format, distances modeled on the PDC Players Championship — 501 D.O., best of 9 legs (semifinal best of 11, final best of 13). Scoring on n01 / Nakka tablets, 16 steel boards.
The number of players depends on the organizations' involvement — in 2025, 128 players from 36+ associations took part. Each organization can register from 1 to 5 representatives. The more entries, the higher the prize pool. See the current list of representatives.
Yes — a live broadcast in partnership with Emisje.online and Łączy Nas Dart (YouTube). All matches from the semifinals onward are held on the main stage with professional commentary and player walk-ons.
For organizations
Any darts association, club or league from Poland. What counts is experience in organizing tournaments, a professional approach and a willingness to promote one another within the community. You don't need formal statutes — it's enough that you're a real darts organization with a track record. Fill out the application form.
150 PLN per registered representative. The organization pays (not the individual player). Of each amount, 100 PLN goes to the prize pool and 50 PLN to operating costs (streaming, stage, promotion).
In the manager panel you'll see an automatic calculation plus the account number, transfer title and payment deadline. Once credited, the admin marks the payment as confirmed — a green "Entry fee paid" status appears in your dashboard.
Main deadline: June 30, 2026. For organizations registered after that date, the deadline extends by 7 days from the date of acceptance — but never later than July 10, 2026 (12:00 PM), the moment the edition closes.
From 1 to 5 players. The organization decides how many to register — you don't have to field a full lineup, but every representative means another spot in the bracket and +100 PLN to the prize pool for everyone. See the list of partner organizations.
For players
Get in touch with a darts organization in your region — here you'll find the full list of partner organizations. How a representative is selected depends on the club — some run qualifying tournaments, others nominate a player without qualification. Ask your club for details.
The entry fee (150 PLN) is paid by the organization that registers you — not you personally. Some organizations also cover extra benefits (accommodation, travel, meals) — it depends on the club's policy.
Three paths:
- Contact the nearest organization on the list — they often accept players from outside their region
- Encourage your local club to apply through the form
- Write to us at kontakt@dartspolska.pl — we'll help find a solution
A PDC-style profile on the Championship website (photo, bio, dreams, motto, walk-on music), a spot on the main stage of the Polish Darts Championship, a walk-on during the live broadcast, and a presentation of your organization in front of the cameras and thousands of viewers. Plus a chance to compete for a prize pool worth thousands of PLN. See the current representatives.
Manager panel and technical matters
Use the password recovery form — go to the "Forgot password" page. You enter your email and get a reset link (valid for 1 hour). After changing your password all active sessions are logged out — that's a standard security measure.
Yes — you have full access to the panel and can edit everything (except the organization's full name and the manager's email — only the admin changes those) until July 10, 2026, 12:00 PM (a week before the tournament). After that date editing is locked — whatever is in the system goes to the tournament. Minor emergency corrections can be made only by the Administrator — write to dawid@dartspolska.pl. Log in to the manager panel.
Usually 1–2 business days. We review each application manually. If something is missing, we may contact you for additional information — then the process can take a little longer. Fill out the application form.
