Shirt terms of sale

§ 1. General provisions

1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for the sale of the official Polish Darts Championship 2026 POLO shirt (hereinafter: the “Shirt”), ordered via the form available in the dartspolska.pl/koszulka service.
2. The seller and the entity fulfilling orders is:

3. The intermediary providing the order form is Stowarzyszenie Darts Polska (ul. Rozłogi 26, 85-179 Bydgoszcz, KRS: 0000705819, NIP: 9532740759), which is not a party to the contract of sale and does not accept payment for the Shirt. Details in § 3.
4. Placing an order means that you have read these terms and conditions and accept their provisions.

§ 2. Definitions

1. Seller — RT Design Polska Sp. z o.o., details as in § 1(2).
2. Intermediary — Stowarzyszenie Darts Polska, operator of the dartspolska.pl service.
3. Customer — the person placing an order for the Shirt.
4. Consumer — a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity (art. 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code).
5. Shirt — the official Polish Darts Championship 2026 POLO shirt, available in sizes from S to 5XL.
6. Order — a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed at concluding a contract of sale of the Shirt with the Seller.
7. Championship — the Polish Darts Championship 2026, taking place on 16–19 July 2026 at Cukrownia Żnin.

§ 3. The role of the dartspolska.pl service

1. The dartspolska.pl service provides only the order form and forwards the order data to the Seller for the purpose of fulfilment.
2. The Intermediary is not a party to the contract of sale concluded between the Customer and the Seller, does not collect payment for the Shirt, does not carry out shipping and does not issue invoices.
3. All financial settlements (payment for the Shirt and any delivery) take place directly between the Customer and the Seller, outside the dartspolska.pl service, on terms set by the Seller.
4. Order confirmation may be sent to the Customer from an email address in the dartspolska.pl domain, which does not change the fact that the Seller remains the party to the contract of sale.

§ 4. Subject of sale and placing an order

1. The subject of sale is a POLO Shirt manufactured by the Seller, available in sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL. The size table (width and length, with a tolerance of ±8 mm) is available on the order page.
2. An order is placed via the form on the dartspolska.pl/koszulka page by choosing the size and quantity and providing the data required for fulfilment (full name, email address, phone, delivery method and — if needed — invoice details).
3. After completing the form, the Customer places the order by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button. The order is forwarded to the Seller, who confirms its acceptance and sets the details of fulfilment and payment.
4. The contract of sale is concluded between the Customer and the Seller at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for fulfilment.

§ 5. Prices, payment and invoices

1. The price of the Shirt is given on the order page as a gross amount (including VAT) in Polish zloty (PLN), together with a breakdown into the net price and VAT. The current price is set by the Seller.
2. If shipping is selected (by courier or to a parcel locker), a shipping fee of 20,00 zł gross is added to the price of the Shirt. This fee is the same regardless of the number of items ordered and is shown as a separate line in the order summary. If in-person pickup during the Championship is selected, no shipping fee is charged.
3. The price shown in the order summary (the price of the Shirt together with any shipping fee) is binding for the given order.
4. Payment for the Shirt is made by bank transfer directly to the Seller's account. The transfer details (account number, reference containing the order number, and the amount) are sent to the Customer in the order confirmation email. Seller's account: 30 2910 0006 0000 0000 0230 4365. The dartspolska.pl service does not intermediate in the payment.
5. At the Customer's request, the Seller issues an invoice. To do so, the Customer selects the relevant option in the form and provides the invoice details (company / full name, optionally a NIP and address).

§ 6. Fulfilment and delivery

1. The Shirt is manufactured by the Seller after the order is placed. The fulfilment time is set by the Seller.
2. The Customer chooses one of the following methods of receipt:
   • Courier delivery — to the address given in the order (street, postal code, city). Shipping fee: 20,00 zł gross.
   • Parcel locker delivery — to the parcel locker indicated by the Customer (the Customer provides the locker code and city). Shipping fee: 20,00 zł gross.
   • In-person pickup — during the Polish Darts Championship 2026 at Cukrownia Żnin (16–19 July 2026), with no shipping fee.
3. If in-person pickup is selected, the Customer is obliged to provide contact details enabling the pickup arrangements to be made.

§ 7. Right of withdrawal from the contract

1. A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract may, as a rule, withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason, by making an unequivocal statement to the Seller (e.g. by email to rt@leszno.net). The period runs from the day the Shirt is taken into possession.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to a contract in which the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item, produced to the Consumer's specification or serving to satisfy their individualised needs (art. 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act). This applies to a Shirt personalised at the Customer's individual request (e.g. with a printed name or another individual element).
3. In the case of a Shirt in the standard variant (choice of size only, without individual personalisation), the right of withdrawal referred to in paragraph 1 applies under the general rules.
4. The effects of withdrawal (refund of payment, return of the Shirt) and the manner of carrying them out are determined by the Seller in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

§ 8. Complaints

1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of the Shirt with the contract under the rules set out in the Consumer Rights Act (chapter 5a).
2. Complaints regarding the Shirt should be addressed directly to the Seller:

3. A complaint should include: a description of the non-conformity, the order number, contact details and the Customer's request. The Seller examines the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
4. The Intermediary does not handle complaints regarding the Shirt, but may help to pass the report on to the Seller.

§ 9. Personal data

1. The personal data provided in the order form is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The controller of the data in the scope of performing the contract of sale (production, delivery, invoice, complaints) is the Seller.
2. The Intermediary processes the order data to the extent necessary to accept it and pass it on to the Seller. Detailed rules on the processing of data by the Intermediary are described in the Privacy policy.
3. The Customer has the rights arising from the GDPR (access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability). For matters concerning order fulfilment, please contact the Seller.

§ 10. Final provisions

1. The applicable law is Polish law.
2. In the case of Consumers resident in another EU country, these terms and conditions do not deprive them of the protection resulting from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for important reasons. Orders placed before the change are fulfilled under the previous rules.
4. These terms and conditions come into force on 28 June 2026.
